"Die Höhenlage des Anwesen ist gut. In wenigen Minuten ist man bergab unkompliziert mit dem Auto an der Haupt-Küstenstrasse von Moraira. Leider hat man von der Terrasse nur einen eingeschränkten seitlichen Fernblick (ohne Meerblick). Die zusätzliche Terrasse auf der Garage im Nebengebäude haben wir nicht genutzt, da dies zu umständlich war. Das Ferienhaus präsentierte sich bei Übergabe wie beschrieben. "What a find. A great villa with exceptional views from the Naya (heaven sitting with a glass of cava!). The villa was immaculate with great care taken over the furnishings, kitchen equipment and bedding. The beds were really comfortable. The recently landscaped gardens are lovely including a large pool (although too chilly for swimming in March). An easy 10 minute walk into town that has many bars and restaurants. The hosts were very friendly people who live next door, always available to answer...

"We spent a week at the villa as a family of five. We have visiting Moraira a number of times so know the area well, and the villa did not disappoint. The villa has amazing unobscured views and brilliant outdoor space. The outdoor kitchen / BBQ / eating area is a particular highlight. The owners messaged during our stay to check everything was as expected and also provide a local contact who can help with any issues if they arise while on holiday. Overall would recommend highly for families...

"Very good base for exploring the surrounding area. Outstanding features were the balcony and stunning views, the pool area and laundry room(!). Paula met us on arrival and was very engaging and helpful and also available for queries during the stay. Minor disappointments were the small kitchen, although it is supplemented by an outdoor kitchen, which we did not use; the quality of the bedding was not to our liking and we could have done with more as the amount supplied was not enough for a 2...

"Everything about the apartment was great. Very clean, really nice modern decor, very comfortable beds and a wonderful balcony with amazing view. The location was prefect for walking to all the local bars, cafes, restaurants and beaches. Everything ran very smooothly as Paula was a great host who kept in touch and was very helpful if we needed any information. Will definetly go back again."
