They didn't do a thorough job cleaning the room. The bathroom door, right above the door knob was some nasty brown smear on it. Day 2 for breakfast we got down there about 6:45 and they were out of pancake mix, regular coffee, and milk. We sat around for 20 mins and ate other things, no one was attending to the food. When we got up to leave, finally, he pancake mix was available.

Highly recommend
Even though the storms blew their satellite off of the building and we had no service for live TV, everything was amazing. We spent 2 nights there and by the second night, TV had been restored. But most importantly, we were able to bring our sweet mini heeler 6mos old pup, Smurf! Not many hotels allow pets and if they do, they act like they are just supposed to be invisible and never make a noise. We have a 6mo old puppy who barks, is territorial and very protective but she can be those things at this hotel. They were so great and accommodating. We saw so many people with pets and everyone said their experience was going great as well. We will definitely be back and recommend anyone with or without pets to stay as well. So clean and nice plus all staff was very kind and professional. Don't hesitate! Stay at the TRU by Hilton.

The pancake machine was broken and you were out of waffle mix. The breakfast was very disappointing and this is one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

Great stay in Terrell for the 2024 Eclipse
The front desk staff were great: fast, friendly, and accomadating. The room was very comfortable and they had made a welcome package waiting for me in my room with my name on the tv screen; made me feel special. Appreciate all the little attentions as you don't get that everyday while traveling unless you are paying high prices. Keep up the great work.
