« When I first booked this 7 day reservation, I requested a view of the lake/golf course. When we got there, our room was a bottom floor facing the parking lot, that smelled like mildew and room was dated and we had no miniature refrigerator. I immediately called the front desk and said I was not happy with this and they move us to a room that had a better view. « Well, it is a small place right on the trail. No front desk but the connected grocery store was very helpful. Check in was a breeze, although leaving my bike in the lobby made me nervous. Thankfully a helpful staff person assured me it would be ok and it was! « This is an old resort they are trying to update. The elevator was not working, restaurant was not open, all doors into the resort are always unlocked in fact they did not close, so anyone could walk in a side or back door at anytime. There are only 12 channels on the TV and my microwave did not work. The room was clean and the people working there are nice. »
