"Was pretty small room, couple. We had a king standard. The room was set up pretty interesting, but I'm sure it helps with noise. We were there on a Friday to Saturday check out. It was fairly quiet and the bed was comfortable, I am someone who looks at reviews. Bed being comfortable and quiet hotel is the most important to me. We did not eat for breakfast as it is fairly expensive in my opinion. we went to a beignet coffee shop a block over. The room or hallway smelt of weed when i arrived, I let the front desk know. Didn't want to get charged for something that wasn't me. I didn't mind and told them we didn't need to move rooms but to be made aware. That same staff member was the one to check me in, was a little stand off-ish or awkward, was strange. Almost came of as not welcoming, another older couple arrived Infront of me. They thought the same thing. Witnessed another staff member for the bar ignore the couple in front of me; when she asked where the restroom was. First impressions weren't the greatest, but overall just there to sleep so it was okay."

"We have stayed here before and absolutely loved. Unfortunately this time we got a room that was dog friendly. We love dogs. But this room had dog hair and my husband has breathing problems. My husband said something to staff and she said all rooms were dog friendly. "

"Very clean hotel and great staff. The pillows were floppy not supportive at all so sleep not that good unfortunately . Some of the breakfast items seemed to be stale"

"Upon checking in, we encountered a locked front door, but the staff quickly responded to our alert. The room was cozy, with a comfortable bed and an exceptional walk-in shower featuring multiple settings and strong water pressure throughout the bathroom. We appreciated the proximity to a Mexican restaurant, which served fantastic margaritas and food, along with great music that unfortunately carried over into our room late at night. Although the blackout window coverings provided adequate coverage, they could be wider for optimal light blocking. The toilet's whistle upon flushing was somewhat concerning, but it did not impact its functionality. The staff's friendly demeanor and commitment to customer satisfaction were noteworthy. Given the hotel's affordable price and convenient location, we would definitely consider booking it again for future visits to Chattanooga."
