Reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax. Reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking may be canceled with no penalty, unless within 72 hours of check-in. Any reservation with a change of dates within 72 hours of check-in will be subject to penalty. It was spacious and well stocked. Beds were comfortable as was the shared space furniture. The art work was an unexpected surprise. Unfortunately, it was rainy and cool during our stay so we did not use the pool. The hot tub was used once and functioned properly. This property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood but nothing is walkable. The house was well equipped with towels. The only issue I had was with cleanliness. One of my pet peeves is strange hair. I have very short hair, so i know when a hair is not mine. There were a lot of long hairs and dust bunnies. A little more thorough cleaning would have earned this place 5 stars. ##### Susan V. House was very nice. Deer walking through yard daily. We relaxed, okayed games, used the hot tub and the pool. I would love to come again. The house had plenty of space and was well stocked. The pool and hot tub were great. We especially liked the view from out there.
