Villa Vigna's breathtaking. From the moment you walk in and see the grand entrance into the living area, to your walk out onto the back patio with a 180 view of mountains in front of you with nothing between you and your view except for the properties personal vineyard that slopes off into the gorgeous landscape. Not many places have that special once in a lifetime "wow" moment, but you will when you see the view when you are relaxing in the pool with a Wine Glass in your hand, you will know what we mean. After a dip in the pool you can transfer over to the hot tub and have the stress melt away as you have good conversations and talk about they great time you had at the wineries. Now onto some details. This gorgeous home sleeps 10 (per Riverside County Ordinance) with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. There are 4 bedrooms and a private media room. Two bedrooms have queen beds and pull out single twin beds. One bedroom has bunk queen beds. The media room has a pull out king sleeper. The master bedroom has a California king with pull out super queen sleeper. The sitting room has a pull out queen sleeper. All sleepers are top of the line American Leather Comfort Sleepers. Linen is provided for all regular beds and the king sleeper for all guests. Please request linen for all of the other sleepers prior to your arrival so that it will be ready for you. Pool (Heat costs extra, cost varies according to weather; Propane cost is charged. The deposit is dependent upon estimated propane needed to heat pool. Pool temperature is increased one degree with 4 gallons of propane. Pool may be less than 50 degrees in the winter and propane cost varies between 3 and 5 dollars per gallon or more. 1000 to 3000.00 deposit required dependent upon water and air temperature; final cost is cost of actual propane used; any excess paid will be refunded.) Spa (2 hours per day- additional heating can be purchased). Spa hours 8am to 10pm. Spa control is remote. Air conditioning provided between 72 and 78 degrees. Outdoor firepit is available for a propane charge of 100 per night. Quiet hours are from 945pm-8am. (We respect our neighbors, please help us in doing so by abiding by county rules). There are to be no parties and no amplified music. Strict quiet hours between 945pm and 800am. Occupancy is limited to 10 people with 4 additional non-overnight guests. No smoking indoors on this property. If you must smoke, feel free to take a stroll outside the property and up and down the winery lined streets. Outdoor music is prohibited. This is a quiet neighborhood. There are outdoor non-recording, decibel level measuring devices on property to ensure compliance with Riverside County ordinance. This is a quiet property meant for family gatherings or as a resting place for your off premises adventures and large gatherings. I think the only issues we had was that the cleaning crew missed a few things including dusting some of the furniture and cleaning the kitchen utensils. Also, a house of this size should be better stocked when it comes to trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. We ended up having to pick up 2 out of the 3\. In addition, for the amount of money you pay to stay at this house you should not be charged extra to use the jacuzzi or fire pit. Or at least receive more than 2 hours for free (I.e. Jacuzzi). Also, the back sliding door from the kitchen to the pool was very difficult to open and the refrigerator in bbq area was not working. Lastly, this house is located in wine country. How about you throw in a little gift basket promoting some of the wines in the area? Other than that, we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you and take care. ##### MICHAEL V. The property is well appointed with comfortable furniture both in & out doors. The pool was clean and had incredible views. Michael, the property owner quickly answered questions. We loved that 2 hours of spa time was included with our daily rate, that we were able to set up the hours in advance & we were happy when the spa went on each evening. The beds were comfortable with good mattresses. The kitchen was organized & well stocked with pots, pans m, plates, silverware & basic spices. We appreciated there being ample coffee filters, dish soap & dishwasher, which has been lacking in previous VRBOs we have gone to in the past. Very hospitable and easy to communicate with and helpful with any questions regarding their property rental. We’ve stayed at this home for our 4th time now over the last few years and we love it every time we’ve stayed. This most recent time was over Easter Weekend. To say it’s a peaceful, uninterrupted getaway is an understatement. I wish I lived here. My wife and our daughters love staying here. It is a beautiful large single story home with ample amount of room and it opens up to a spread out self-entertaining backyard with an infinity pool that yields spectacular views to its grape vineyard below and the valley towards highway 79\. Horses and cattle down below as well. Quails and rabbits gracefully roaming the vineyard. Coyotes howling at night from the valley creek bottoms. The home is perched up on a hill with plenty of play space for kids on the lawn adjacent to the home as well. It’s far enough away from everything but literally minutes away from the shopping center for groceries or a night out for dinner at several restaurants. It’s not a party house, it’s a beautiful tranquil family retreat. Book with confidence. I think you’ll enjoy it as much as we do. ##### Paolo F. It gives you the feeling of living on a vineyard all within 7 minutes of the wine tasting we did, 25 min to old town. Absolutely perfect location. We got the feeling of zero neighbors because the backyard and infinity pool overlooks the grapevines. My literal ONLY complaint is the cleanliness. I know this gets booked a lot, but I feel it needs a serious DEEP cleaning. We wiped down everything, especially kitchen before we used it. Also, because the outside is extended living area it should be cleaned as well. There was still BBQ sauce on the tables from the last guests. We did tell the property manager this before we left so hopefully it gets addressed. He was so easy to communicate with and it is such a beautiful house and location we would definitely rent again. ##### Susan C. Booked this property to host out of town family and friends for my wedding at the Morgan Estate. The house accommodated everyone and then some. The view from the backyard is amazing, definitely one of the highlights. The area is quiet and peaceful. The house does have a lot of space to it and all 10 of us were comfortable with the various bedrooms and bathrooms. Washer and dryer work well. Unfortunately the pool was having problems when we arrived and the level was low. While we could still swim in it, it couldn’t filter and was dirty until we notified the host and it was fixed several days into our stay. Echoing previous reviews, the house does need to be cleaned better especially the floors and kitchen, the master shower drain is still very slow, and the main sliding door to the outside needs to be replaced. The grounds need to have regular attention, we ended up sweeping and tidying the areas out back ourselves when we arrived. The shade awnings are disabled and there were no sun umbrellas as shown in the photos so the only shade that we had was that near the house. There were birds nests in each of the awnings which meant most of the outdoor furniture coverings had droppings on all of them that we had to clean up - again pointing to regular upkeep of the grounds being needed. There is a BIG ant problem that needs to be addressed somehow. Ideally the handbook needs updating with the known issues rather than us having to discover them ourselves and learn that's just the way it will be for our stay. The house is spacious and really pretty, and the outdoor pool area has a great view. The pool and spa area were beautiful and it was nice that our younger kids had a kiddie pool to play in. The rooms are spacious and the master is HUGE. Beds are comfortable and having bathrooms attached to 2 of the rooms was awesome. With all that said there were some cons: -the child lock in the living room did not work properly without rigging it because the sliding door track is broken, new locks needed. -the whole home needs a good deep cleaning and better upkeep. There was a lot of cob webs, spider webs, dust, dirty walls and floors. -during the hot summer months there is an ant issue. There were TONS of ants inside and outside the house. My husband had to personally go and spray the inside and outside with ant spray. -the master bathroom shower didn’t not drain properly and when the faucet is on the water starts pooling. So while showering you are standing in a foot of water. -we did stay during a hotter week but the A/C which stated could be between 72-78 degrees did not work properly on one side of the house. The 3 west side bedrooms were SO hot the last 2 nights we were there that our kids had to sleep on the couches, cause the rooms were so warm. -kitchen items need to be updated (ie pot holders, spatulas, bowls etc) -Outside needs a good power washing -Fire pit was currently disabled. ##### Cassandra L.
