Residence Villa Smeralda is a nice holiday rental with WiFi internet, pool and air conditioning. The apartment / condo has been divided into a total of six independent units. The property can accommodate up to 37 people comfortably. Residence Villa Smeralda is located 13 km (8 mi) from Olbia, Italy and only 41 km (25 mi) from Porto Cervo. If you enjoy a round of golf while on holiday, then you will be happy to know there is a golf course nearby.

After arriving at Residence Villa Smeralda you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property ideal for a relaxing holiday in Sardinia. After a busy day of shopping, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to relax at the end the day. Also available outdoors are a patio and barbecue grill. This property is a multi-unit property which is perfect for a group of friends or acquaintances traveling together that prefer to have private living and sleeping quarters while sharing the common areas, such as the pool or garden, with the group. Each apartment is equipped with its own fully-equipped kitchen for meal preparation.
