Fabulous Reviews. 22 Peaks is a stunning 3/3.5 home with majestic views of the Sneffels Mountain Range. You will enjoy the high end appointments in our home-Venetian plastered walls, granite surfaces, antique rustic chestnut floors and a wine cellar. The views are unmatched and set this home apart from others. The living, dining and kitchen are on the main level. Up one level to the Master and down one level to the media room with a 65'' TV and the other two bedrooms. Just outside the media room is the covered hot tub. There is a large deck off of the living room with a gas grill which faces the mountain view - a great place to watch the sun go down while having a glass of wine. Steam showers are nice after a long day of skiing-and the cross country ski track is right outside. Shuttles service offers transportation to the stores, gondola and the ski slopes. Keywords: Fantastic View of Sneffel's Highline and down valley. The home gets lots of sun and is equally convenient to both Mountain Village and Telluride. Enjoy the media room, loft / office with wi-fi, heated 2 car garage and hot tub. First time to Telluride and fell in love with it , the dial a ride and free gondola was super easy and convenient. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The views are stunning. The house was beautiful, clean, and very well laid out so everyone had their own space. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils we needed as we did most of our cooking at home. It also had a wide variety of spices. I felt at home grilling on the Weber grill. The dial a ride and ski locker at the Village base were a game changer for us. We have never experienced such convenience. I would highly recommend Jennifer and Tobin's beautiful house and I hope we have a chance to stay again. ##### Mark K. Lounge and hot tub were really lovely places to relax. Clear instructions prior to arriving and on arrival. Included ‘Dial a ride’ service, in particular, was impressive and made getting to the slopes incredibly easy (don’t worry that it’s not ski in out), so much so that we didn’t even feel the need to use the ski locker. Our home away from home during the bluegrass festival, and I could not be happier about it! Perfect accommodations for a group of 7, including 5 college-aged musicians who slept in the lower level guest room and media room. We woke up to bluegrass music and mind-blowing views every morning! Heaven on earth! The view from the great room, main level balcony, and hot tub is incredible. The house is gorgeous, spacious, comfortable, and incredibly well appointed. From extra linens to a well-stocked kitchen, we found everything we needed and more. Thank you to the hosts for having us. It was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (actually we had more room than we could use!). Tobin had thought of everything and made us feel very welcome. The home was in immaculate condition and the views out the huge back windows were a treat to wake up to each morning. It was so easy to get into town with the Dial A Ride service and the convenience of the ski locker made this the perfect place for us to stay for our ski vacation. This property is exceptional all around with stunning mountain views!!! All the amenities are there with comfortable beds, an inviting hot tub and media room for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The property owners were super attentive and communicating with them was a breeze. An added benefit was the ski locker and the Dial-A-Ride (DAR) service provided for traveling to the village center and back.
