Gorgeous new residence in the heart of the Telluride Town (Business License #020146).
This historic home has been transformed from the former Telephone Exchange (1903-1922) into a Warm Modern retreat. First-class and elegant finishes like hand-cut tiles, reclaimed oak floors, plastered walls, natural stone, and layered. The 2nd story deck offers expansive views and outdoor dining (hot tub ready). Four bedrooms with ensuite baths. Enjoy s this world-class ski town and only 3.5 blocks to the Gondola. Unique in its kind.
A 3,200 sq. feet home, with a unique in location: one block for main street Telluride (Colorado Ave) and three blocks for the Gondola. It has an entertainment room, Sonos in all areas of the house, Peloton Bike, Hot Tub and all state of the art amenities.

Family Christmas trip

Family Christmas in Telluride was fantastic and this property made it easy to be away from home. Location is perfect, easy walk to all restaurants and shopping as well as the gondola or Oak st lift for skiing. Home is upscale but comfortable, we made dinner most nights and found everything we needed. I would recommend this property and will be looking to use it again in the future.

This beautiful home was perfect for my active family of 5 (3 teenage sons 13, 15, 17). Amazing location, easy walking distance to everything; restaurants, market, bars, gondola, coffee, hiking, Town Park, etc. House was well appointed, updated and Sherry was quick to respond & very helpful. Perfect as always!

This is our third summer to stay in this lovely home! We love it even more each time we stay! The location is perfect! All of the best restaurants, shops and even hikes are within a short walking distance! The house itself is such a treat, the decor is beautiful and the vibe is so calming and timeless. The owner and property manager clearly take good care of everything. I notice little changes and upgrades made each year. The owner is wonderful and responds to questions quickly and genuinely cares. We hope to return again and again!!

Premium property- perfect location!

What a find. This location is an easy walk to the gondola and all the fun restaurants and shops Telluride has to offer. This place was extremely well appointed, with nice extras (soft towels, bedding, two laundry areas, etc) and modern, sophisticated decor. Only issues were some challenges regulating the house temperature and figuring out how to use the coffee maker - but the property manager was very responsive. Also, couldn't fit our SUV into the garage, so ended up parking in garage down the street- not an issue b/c didn't need to use the car at all once we arrived. I would definitely stay here again- wonderful property!

Best weekend ever

The house is immaculate. Renovations are stunning. The house is so warm and comfortable. Location could not be better for a stay in Telluride. Everything including the gondola to the ski village is less than a 5 minute walk. This is probably my favorite house I have ever rented in the most incredibly charming town I have ever visited. If you are considering Telluride, you should rent this house. We are counting down the days until we can rent it again. Owner provides a local contact that was very responsive and helpful. Truly a 5 star experience in a 5+ star home.

Beautiful home in great location

Stayed here for Blues and Brews festival. Location was perfect since it was a short walk to the festival and also right off the main street in town where some late night shows were going on. House was in great condition and would be perfect for any occasion in Telluride.

An Amazing Stay!

My family and I stayed stayed the past week at this home and it was perfect! We had 2 kids and 6 adults with us. The location is great, being just 1 block off of Colorado St (the main stretch) and about 4 very easily walkable blocks away from the Gondola. The house was just as pictured, had plenty of appliances to cook big meals, great bathrooms and a good bunk set up for children! The host was very accommodating to our needs and was always very quick to respond, which made everything even better. We loved our experience here and will plan on staying there with any future trips.
