The best charcoal bricks to use are the kind with the lighter fluid already absorbed in the bricks. Otherwise, the coals take forever to get hot. I believe the high attitude might have something to do with this. The Siam restaurant is right across the street which has gotten great reviews plus, of course, there are many other restaurants to choose from around town. The Wine Mine liquor store is right across the street, too. Location, Location, Location!! The Viking Lodge Condominium Complex is Located On S. Davis Street and W. Pacific Avenue. Your Unit is Within Walking Distance to Lift 7 (200 Yds), the Free Galloping Goose Transit Bus Stop is Right On the Corner. Beautiful lawn right on the River Trail, clean condo, well-equipped kitchen and extremely responsive and kind host. Close to the grocery and Siam Thai and across the street from the Wine Mine.
