Bedding: King, two twins This is a lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom home located in the C building of the Riverside complex. To enter the condo, guests will climb one flight of stairs from the parking lot level. Upon entering the home, guests will find themselves in an entryway with a short hallway leading to both bedrooms and stairs leading up to the living area. Upstairs is the great room with amazing vaulted ceilings and a comfortable living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV with surround sound, Roku, DVD player and a gas fireplace. The picture windows and sliding glass doors open to a private covered deck with a chaise-lounge, chairs and a small table, enjoying views of the San Miguel River and across the valley. The living room is open to the dining room, which has a table for four and three additional stools at the breakfast bar. This area is open to the kitchen, which has black granite countertops, custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances, including a toaster, Ninja blender, microwave, coffeemaker and all of the utensils needed to complete any meal. There is an additional entrance to this condo in the kitchen. The two bedrooms are located on the entry-level of this home. The master bedroom is located at the end of the hall with views of Mt. Emma and the San Sophia Ridge. It has a king bed, flatscreen TV, DVD player and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a single marble vanity and step-in shower with a glass surround. The second bedroom has two twin beds. A bathroom is accessible from the hallway and has a marble vanity and a step-in shower with a glass surround. Guests can enjoy wifi, a great location, and a ski locker located on the ground level. The Riverside complex has two outdoor hot tubs with glass surrounds so you can enjoy the trees and views. Downtown Telluride, the gondola and Lift #8 are all within two short blocks of Riverside. Town Park is a stone's throw to the east, and the Bear Creek trailhead is just off the parking lot. AvantStay provides a personalized hospitality experience to elevate your stay. With our Concierge Service, guests have access to our tech-enabled services like fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, special occasion celebrations, baby gear rentals, ski gear, beach gear, and more. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. It is on the edge of town but within 2 blocks of downtown and on the river. A short 5 minute walk on the walking trail along the river took you to the gondolas for stunning views. Being able to sit on the back deck and while enjoy the river and mountain views was the icing on the cake. This condo was gorgeous, clean, and just all around great. We arrived to a very clean condo. The bedrooms on the first floor and the living and kitchen on the second floor. Both bathrooms appear to be recently remodeled and are very nice. The shower in both is super nice. The kitchen was very convient for making breakfast and also a meal We made for lunch one day! The condo is close to everything, which makes it very nice. It is within 10 steps of the entrance to bear creek trail, which is a must hike to see the waterfall. We could see and hear the San Miguel River from one of the bedrooms and also the balcony, and we loved it! There is a long walking trail along the river, which we did a lot during our stay. Again, within just a few steps of the condo and you are on the trail. The city park is within walking distance and we loved it, as it was close to another set of trails that ended up in the bear creek trail. Telluride Gondola is within 5 minutes walking distance of the condo and it was so cool. It is a free gondola to the mountain village and we use it several times to go there and hike one of the trails back to the station at the top of the mountain. There are a number of great restaurants within walking distance of the condo. Downtown area is also within 5 minutes walking distance of this condo. Overall, we loved our stay at this condo and we will definitely come back again! Thank you team AvantStay for making our vacation a memorable one! ##### Reza S. There are plenty of restaurants, retail within walking distance. The condo itself was perfect for a family of 4\. The bathrooms have been nicely updated and the shower had good pressure. Our condo was the perfect place to stay - a quick walk to shops and restaurants, right by the creek and a wonderful walking path and across the street from the trailhead to Bear Creek Falls. The condo was set up with everything we needed, including all kitchen necessities and plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. The view was great. We felt comfortable and right at home. ##### Lori G.
