River's Edge Retreat is a masterpiece of modern design, adorned with exquisite artwork and complemented by top-tier amenities and services. Conveniently located near the golf course, hiking and biking trails, and the gondola for seamless access to premier ski runs, this vacation residence invites guests to savor the best of Telluride and nearby Mountain Village throughout every season.   
  
River's Edge Retreat features three bedrooms and 3.5 baths, accommodating up to six guests. Spanning two full levels with views of the river and wooded surroundings, this condo offers a generous 1,800 square feet of opulent living space.   
  
On the upper level, the LIVING ROOM beckons with large windows, two leather chairs, a cozy sofa in front of the fireplace, a flat-screen television, and a charming reading nook. A few steps away, the GOURMET KITCHEN boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Meals can be enjoyed at the formal dining table for six, the breakfast table for four, or the kitchen bar with seating for four. Step outside to the private patio to relish natural views or utilize the barbecue grill for a delightful lunch or dinner.   
  
The PRIMARY SUITE, also on the upper level, features large windows with wooded views, an ultra-plush king-size bed, a warming fireplace, a separate seating area, and a large flat-screen television. The en suite primary bath offers a spacious glass shower with bench seating, a separate jetted soaking tub, and dual sinks. The remaining GUEST ROOMS are located on the lower level, each offering a split-king bed (or two twin-size beds).
