Between the five bedrooms, there is ample space to tuck in and get cozy. With four king beds and an overstuffed bunk room, this home is ideal for a couple's getaway or family reunions. WHAT TO KNOW \- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. \- The maximum occupancy is 10 people. \- The maximum number of cars at the property is 3, parking on the street is not allowed. \- Mountain Village is about a 10-minute drive and 20 minutes to Telluride. \- Per town ordinance noise regulation, after 11pm is quiet hours. Please follow good neighbor guidelines. \- This home could allow up to two dogs with final approval from InvitedHome. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. All details need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. The pet cleaning fee is $150 per animal and the pet rental fee is $50/night per animal. Pet fees will be added to the reservation after approval and are non-refundable. WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING \- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed. \- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival. \- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. \- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information. \- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. The views are breathtaking and the house is immaculate. Our party loved the king sized beds and bathroom in each bedroom. The large living kitchen area is great for cooking group meals and there is plenty of room to hang out. The location is convenient to both Mountain Village and Telluride. You can’t beat the added benefit of the on-site Suburban and VIP parking in Mountain Village. We’d absolutely stay here again. ##### Kaity C. The house was amazing, the views were top notch, and the use of the Suburban (great tires and 4WD, well equipped for snowy conditions) as well as the on-site reserved parking at Mountain Village (an easy 10-minute drive) was a huge benefit. Hot tub with views and use of the grill in addition to the fully stocked kitchen were the icing on the cake. We wished we could have stayed longer.
