From the main open floor plan living space boxed between the kitchen with an expansive, sleek design with a breakfast bar island with seating for five, the family style dining table with seating for ten, and the high ceiling living room framing the artful gas fireplace and TV. Pop out to the expansive heated patio to take in the massive views with the private hot tub. To spread out, head to the lounge with balcony access.

Between the five bedrooms, there is ample space to tuck in and get cozy. With four king beds and an overstuffed bunk room, this home is ideal for a couple's getaway or family reunions. The kids will be tickled to share stories before they slumber. The stacked decks with space for lounging and barbeque and the yard with a fire pit provide a magical freedom to explore.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 3, parking on the street is not allowed.
- Mountain Village is about a 10-minute drive and 20 minutes to Telluride.
- Per town ordinance noise regulation, after 11pm is quiet hours. Please follow good neighbor guidelines.
- This home could allow up to two dogs with final approval from InvitedHome. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. All details need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. The pet cleaning fee is $150 per animal and the pet rental fee is $50/night per animal. Pet fees will be added to the reservation after approval and are non-refundable.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
