This condo is a fabulous base from which to explore all of Telluride! The large kitchen counter provides plenty of space to cook "at home" and the L-shaped couch and dining table invite you to enjoy your company, a board game, or a good book in between excursions. The Fall Line complex is located in the heart of Telluride town with absolutely everything you need within a few minutes walk - the gondola station that accesses the Telluride Ski Resort is right around the corner (2 blocks), Telluride Town Park is 150 yards to the east, and all of the shops, bars and restaurants are 50 yards away. Spacious. Very comfortable bedding, a full kitchen that isn't cramped and an in-unit washer/dryer is a game changer. Easy parking - it's tight, but we never were worried about finding a space. The place was recently updated and clean and the beds and linens/towels were really nice and plush. The hot tub was set (and locked) at 104 degrees F, which was too hot. The kitchen could have been better appointed, but it was adequate. The location was 3.5 blocks from the Gondola and 1.5 blocks from the middle of Colorado Avenue, which could not have been better.
