WHAT TO KNOW \- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. \- The maximum occupancy is 8 people. \- The maximum number of cars at the property is 2. \- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early. WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING \- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed. \- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival. \- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. \- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information. \- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. Our family has been coming to Telluride for many years and this home was absolutely perfect with 2 Master suites, 2 additional bedrooms and private bathrooms for each. The living area was so comfortable and the views so breathtaking, that more nights than we intended, we decided to just stay in and enjoy... especially with such an incredible kitchen to cook in. One side note...it is not what we would normally consider "ski-in/ski-out" BUT everything else FAR exceeded our expectations and we wouldn't even hesitate to return for another ski trip, much less any other time of year!
