This bright and spacious 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo is recently remodeled in downtown Telluride just a few minutes walk from the Gondola Plaza. The master has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has two twins, which can be converted to a king. There are two full baths. The great room features wonderful Telluride and the San Sophia Range views, cathedral ceilings, custom artwork, a gas fireplace, and a beautiful deck overlooking the San Miguel River. The kitchen, which is on the upper level, has custom granite counters and high-end appliances; a veritable cook's dream! The Riverside Condos have lovely outdoor common hot tubs. Combine with Riverside B01 (Buena Vista), B103, D02, or D203 for larger gatherings of friends and family! Business License #239 \*\*The hot tub may close anytime due to health and safety issues. Accommodations in Telluride has no control over these HOA-determined closings\*\* Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy: The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. Bear Creek Trail is our favorite hike in Telluride and it’s literally out the parking lot of the condo.
