« Keys to the room continuously did not work properly, there was construction inside the building, trash cans overflowing at breakfast, etc.
The only positive thing I can say was the front desk young lady was wonderful and tried her absolute best to make everything as accommodating as possible. »

« Our bathroom was not cleaned and there were still dirty towels that were hanging on the wall, the back of the door, and over the shower curtain rod. There was a used soap in the shower with a piece of trash from an unknown container. This also made us worried for the fact that there could have been a possibility of our sheets not being clean. »

« If you love Christmas, you'll love this lodge! It really puts you in the holiday spirit. My grandson especially loved the fishing pond, and we all had a great time in the arcade.
The lodge is a bit dated, and the beds weren't very comfortable, but the friendly staff and the great breakfast helped make up for it. Overall, it's a fun place to stay, especially if you're looking for a festive atmosphere. »
