"Everyone was great we felt well taken care of"

"The bedding was clean. There were cobwebs starting to form in the ceiling and lots of built up dirt on baseboards, big dirt smear on fabric shower curtain. Room was close to front desk and I could easily hear conversations happening at front desk. Upon arrival, I had to wait around 15 minutes for someone to come to front desk, after ringing bell. The staff person came from outside, so not even in the building. Not super professional. I'll look for other accommodation options next time I start in Smithers."
