« Lovely hotel with bar and restaurant. The room was very comfortable with excellent tea and coffee making facilities. Comfortable bed with very spacious bathroom. We did not eat in the restaurant but the food looked nice. The staff were very friendly the only down side was the prices of the drinks at the bar. »

« Chambre au dessus du pub donc très bruyant jusqu a 23h30. Chambre qui donne sur la route bcp de passage. Avons demandé de changer mais pas possible. Pas de cb obligé d aller retirer du cash. La nuit on entend les bruits de frigos. »

« Really great stay at an inn suitable for both business or pleasure. Lovely team, fantastic modern and spotless room. The inn also has free parking, a desk in the room suitable for working and fast free Wi-Fi. Right in the middle of the village »

« Very nice small inn with rooms at the back. Comfortable bed and en-suite facilities. Nice bar, good beers, and good breakfast. Helpfull and agreeable staff. Only two negative points, the church tower bells from early in the morning, as already noted, but I was aware of this before booking, and I am a light sleeper, and the noise if the the adjacent room flushes the toilet in the night, but again this is common in many places. Good value for the price of the rooms. »

« Lovely location overlooking the river. 15 minute drive to Telford International Centre (we were there for my daughter’s cheer competition). Close to Ironbridge which is gorgeous. Nice big room and great shower. Lovely staff. »

« The vaults room where I’ve stayed before is functional everything works and the bed is comfy. It’s in the centre of town and there’s plenty of parking in Shrewsbury. »

« Absolutely no heating, complained two times, said they reset the boiler but still nothing, had to ask a portable heating device, not acceptable for the prixe of the night. Also didn’t get any hot water in the morning »

« We was meant to stay here I booked a room with double & 2 singles, when I got the confirmation it stated 1 double 1 sofa bed the property made the mistake, after calling hotels.com to try to resolve I got nowhere, so I had no choice but to book another property. After booking another property I then get a call from this property saying they made a mistake. Hotels.com wouldn’t refund me. So I asked the property to refund me which was short by £20 odd pounds. So overall not a good experience »
