Good value at Armon HaYarkon

The Armon HaYarkon was a pretty basic hotel, with no breakfast, no restaurant, and the skinniest elevator ever. But the value for the money was very good, and the location also very good.

Booked with Wotif, advertised as including breakfast. Hotel never served any breakfast. Wotif's said 4 star and not even half star. Freshly made bedding linen was full of hair. Unfriendly staff.

Avoid it

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It lacks everything. Most of all cleanliness. Towels are very old and extremely stained. All of them. The rooms are not made, they just throw the bedsheets over the bed. The room had mold, also the bathroom and a the switches were broken. It is not a three-stars hotel it is barely a two-stars one. For the same price go look for another option.

Cheap, comfortable stay in an expensive city

Sol was helpful with the info upon check-in. Ruben in the morning hooked us up with a local place for good typical Israeli breakfast. The hotel is a quick walk to the beach. Nothing special about the room, basic and clean. Israel is expensive, this place was not. I would recommend it and will stay here again and again. Great access to bike rental shops and grocery stores. Unfortunately, you cannot cook food in the room. The front desk was instrumental in setting up taxi service to and from Jerusalem and airport.

a decent place

I have to admit that after reading the mixed reviews I was a bit hesitant regarding my booking but overall this was a pleasant stay. the place is clean, well located (close to the beach) and overall it was what I needed - nothing fancy but clean and comfortable.

If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay in Tel Aviv near the beach, and don’t mind small rooms, then this place is great. Room was smaller than expected and the window was tiny, but it was all clean and functional.

It was normal stay nothing so special. All good until when I'm supposed to check out early like 8am or something nobody is at the front desk and when I called them they said I have to wait 5mins somebody will call but then no one came so I decided to leave my key card because I have to leave early then. Well I guess it's only because of pandemic situation tho. That they need to less the worker on duty but I guess front seat is important. I used to stay at armon yam located in batyam they have the best service good food and super clean.
