"Beautiful, quirky hotel with high quality rooms and public spaces. We had a front facing large room with thoughtful touches like complimentary water, proper coffee and plenty of milk. The breakfast was outstanding. A full choice of fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries, breads and great selection of cooked options. So central to all of Dundee's amenities."

"Staff on arrival and check out were very pleasant and friendly. Our room was very nice. Shower excellent and great to have toiletries too. We had drinks in the bar and food in the restaurant which were great. Hotel very handy for the shops. We parked in the Olympian car park ( as we knew the hotel had limited parking) which was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel and only cost £8 from 5pm until 12 midday the next day. We would recommend and stay at the hotel again."

"Lovely property in a historic hotel. The decor was warn (as others have noted), but was charming. We liked the adjacent pub which served dinner until 9 pm. Great location on the main road in Dunkeld with great hikes nearby."

"The room was lovely and generously proportioned and the hotel is in a serene location. Breakfast was excellent. The sofa bed is simple and likely not suitable for an adult. There's a beautiful autumn walk that you can go on beside the Tay. We had a slight issue with the sink not draining but the staff handled the issue well. The pool was lovely for kids."
