This was our second stay with Greg and Sue. You could not ask for more amenable hosts. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The beds are so comfortable! And the breakfast is delicious. You have not had good haggis until you try theirs, which is delivered fresh daily from the local butcher. Best of all, they are the kindest hosts. We won't stay anywhere else when visiting Pitlochry.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist super - zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten im Stadtkern. Die Highland Games waren in 10 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Hervorragender Service beim Frühstück durch Sue und Greg. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel.

We had a lovely stay at Craigroyston House following a visit to the local theatre. We were met on arrival by the host and shown to our room. The room was immaculate and had everything we required. It was very quiet overnight with no noise disturbance at all. The breakfast is selected in advance and cooked fresh and was delicious. The only slight downside was the carpark which was full on arrival and very tight to navigate. We parked nearby on the street which was no problem at all. I would advise against using the car park if you have a large car though. I would recommend staying here and plan to come back for future visits.

What a remarkable stay! The room was well-appointed and comfortable, the host, Greg, was charming and wonderful (his recommendations for stops on the way into the Highlands were top-tier), the food was delicious, and the property was absolutely gorgeous (as a gardener, I must say…). A short walk through the gardens into town was a perfect way to be introduced to such a lovely, lovely place.

We had an excellent stay, Gregory & Sue are the perfect hosts. Greg will give you lots of great recommendations & even vouchers for different spots. Pitlochry is a gorgeous stop that I highly recommend - we wish we stayed at least two nights instead of just one - but all that means is we will have to return someday!

We have been in Scotland for three weeks. We have stayed in some very nice places and some not so nice. This was by far the nicest room, bed and service we encountered. The town was “cute” and we spent almost a half a day enjoying the shopping, restaurants and park. The owners were great - saw us struggling to get in when we thought we had lost the key and let us in to better search my wife’s pocketbook (it was there). My only caution is don’t try to park a large vehicle in the parking lot. Kind of tight. There are other parking spots nearby that should accommodate any size vehicle

The entire experience was great. The hosts were amazing; organized, dry humor, and incredibly kind. The rooms were very nice; spacious, clean, and unique all in their own way. Breakfast was delicious - traditional Scottish breakfast. I would highly recommend coming here. I would warn, however, not to try to park a very large vehicle there. That definitely posed a challenge. But I would come back here in a heartbeat given the opportunity.

We booked for 2 nights and stayed a 3rd as we loved it so much! Greg met us and got us settled in and was very helpful with suggestions for things to see and restaurants. The accommodations were so beautiful and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were excellent and well presented. Location is excellent and loved Pitlochry so much. It really shows the pride taken in running this lovely B&B. Best we have stayed at and we have stayed in many over the years. Loved this place. Lots of nice thoughtful touches for visitors, plus access to a lovely living room and garden. My room had a canopied bed which was rather gorgeous. Our host , Greg, was super nice and helpful. Breakfast options were excellent and beautifully presented. I would definitely stay again if up this way
