"Serenity Island Resort offered us a truly memorable stay thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel like family. A special thank you to Emosi, Nate, David, Peter, and Seru for their kindness and hospitality. Our oceanfront bure had beautiful views, and we enjoyed walking in the shallow waters at low tide, spotting purple starfish and other sea life. "This resort has great snorkeling convenience no need for boat to transfer just basically walk from the beach. Very kid friendly as the waters were really shallow. Downside was the slow and sometimes no service from staff, food selection/cost/quality and constantly chasing staff when something is needed as they constantly either forget or ignore request. Family of 4 and we did not have enough towels for the entire trip to either shower or swim, they kept saying they didn't have towels for...

"We absolutely loved our stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was great, and the breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection every morning. It had everything you could ask for on a family holiday, with beautiful pools, plenty of activities, and a relaxed atmosphere. We couldn't fault it and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend for families visiting Fiji!"
