Location, space, lake views - Kurupae House has it all and more! This inviting home is only 3 minutes drive to the bustling town centre and only 500 metres to the lake.

The upstairs level of the home enjoys stunning views of the lake. The outdoor entertaining area of this home overlooks the extensive private garden - the perfect spot to fire up the BBQ and relax in good company.

The theatre room will be popular with all ages. Sit back and watch a movie on the big-screen!

The master bedroom and main living area both have been positioned to capture beautiful lake views.

Boasting plenty of room for a large family/group of up to 11 guests. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living areas spread across 2 levels. Upstairs you will find the main living, kitchen, dining, plus 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Downstairs features 2 bedrooms, second living area (theatre room), and another bathroom.
Bedding configuration is: 1x Super King, 1x Queen, 1x Queen, 1x Double, 1x Queen Sofa-bed in theatre/media room, 1x Single fold-out bed.

Underfloor heating will keep you warm throughout Taupos coldest months.

This property is strictly not suitable for parties, events or loud groups. No pets allowed. This is a non-smoking property.
Nightly rate includes linen and exit clean. The house must be left tidy. All dishes must be washed, dried and put away before your departure. All rubbish must be neatly bagged.
