The hosts have been very thoughtful with little things like providing a few store cupboard kitchen items and a bit of laundry powder for the washing machine. Communication was warm and efficient and helpful. It was chilly weather while I stayed, but the heat-pumps made the unit lovely and warm. I felt very welcome. « This was a good base for a short stay in Taupo. The apartment and furnishings were clean and in good working order. The apartment is on the ground floor, accessed through a sliding patio door around the side of the house. It has a relatively private garden area of its own.
