Beechtree Motel provided us with a large room, king size bed, spa bath and bathroom, and a kitchenette, which were all very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were allocated a room on the top floor which gave us lake views. We would happily book this reasonably priced accommodation if we travelled to Taupō again.

From the moment we arrived staff were super friendly. The room was a great size and perfect for our family of 4. The beds were the most comfy beds I have ever slept on. The day I had left I realised I had left an earring behind. The staff went above and beyond to find my little tiny earring for me. Would 100% recommend. Thanks team at Beechtree

We had a great stay. The service and staff were excellent. A few minor things like a fridge that was a bit too like a freezer and slightly saggy single beds (but they were plush and warm!), can be easily sorted. Great location, quiet area near the lake. Was great!

The room was sunny with a lovely view. It was supplied with all the necessary good quality consumables. Everything was tidy and well maintained. Much more pleasant than some of the tired old motels along the lakefront that so have previously tried.

Wonderful to stay back at Beechtree - it is a favourite over the years when staying in Taupo and never fails to bring relaxation in a handy to the town but quiet location. The staff are friendly and the rooms comfortable and sparkling clean. We totally recommend it to other travellers.
