When we arrived by Motorcycle, we were not greeted with hello, but rather by a man almost ready to kick us out of the property parking. He changed his mind a bit after we told him we had a reservation. Quite unusual for Japanese greetings. Steel doors reminding of jails that you see in movies. Wall papers unglued from walls everywhere, repairs half done. Ripped curtains. Feeling like being in a slump somewhere in the middle of Africa. Besides the ocean view, it’s all negative. The utilization of the word “SPA” is highly misleading .... do not recommend at all. I would welcome my money back for this deception.
