The room is comfy, clean and spacious, with a great view overlooking Shirahama Beach and the sea. Food in breakfast and dinner buffets is good. Staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel offers free parking in its carpark at the back of the hotel, which is great for people driving there like us.

Experienced staff gave a good alternative but younger staff didn’t. Three minutes walk to beach. Close by bus stop. Rooms are vary, some good some not. Relatively expensive against the quality.

フロントの方、客室従業員の方はとても優しく丁寧に対応して下さいました。食事も美味しかったです。 ただ、禁煙の部屋のはずが、何か匂いました。 孫もいたため、そこが残念でした。

2階のお風呂の洗い場の水栓のお湯が冷たく、隣の洗い場にズレても冷たく、数カ所試しても全て冷たかったので、下の階の温泉に移りました。係の方がいたのでお伝えしましたが、そうですかとだけ言われ対応はしてもらえませんでした。 また、予約担当の方にも対応時に不快な態度をとられ、とても嫌な思いをしました。 もう少し、対応の方法など改善してほしいと思いました。

夕食・朝食共とても美味しかったです。 温泉もとても気持ち良かったです。 お部屋の化粧台が広く鏡の両端にライトが付いていてとても便利でした。女性にはとてもおすすめです。
