The room was large, clean and nice. We had one with a private open air bath (highly recommended). The staff were proffessional, accomodating and sweet. Breakfast and dinner consisted of a variety of delicious small dishes. Otherwise, a very nice and helpful staff, great free shuttle for local hikes, and decent breakfast and dinner. The location is great. Room was dirty in ways you don’t want a room to be dirty. There were parts missing in shower so I had to hold the wand to shower. Tub always nice. Paid a lot of this room so didn’t feel the delivery of service matched that. The food was pretty bad and the service was not great overall. Didn’t feel sanitary in how food and dishes around food handled.
