I have spent the last 3 months at that property! My studies brought me to Tampa. The property is clean and well equipped. It is located very closely to the highway (275) which makes commute very easy. There is also a laundromat, a Wawa, a grocery and multiple restaurants in the neighborhood. Yaima and her family are lovely. Every single time I expressed a need, they were open to help me with it. They made my life easier! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was in a centrally located, convenient area which was a plus. They had everything we needed to cook meals, pots and pans and a hot plate, as well as a keurig for morning coffee and afternoon tea. If you forgot any toiletries, like toothbrushes or soap then they have you covered! For sure we would stay here again. A very well kept , clean and cozy place. Much cleaner and personal feeling than a hotel room. Nice refrigerator that has room for frozen as well as normal refrigerator things. We had everything we needed and more. Really wish we had booked more days. My guest was astounded by all the necessities you all provided and the privacy that was afforded to us in the area nearby Busch Gardens. A+ rating on the construction and provisions made in this cozy and amply accessorized room, kitchen, bathroom, dining, and patio area. We felt guilt leaving dishes in the sink. Great job.
