Unexpected Late Check-Outs are charged at $100/hour. \-Due to the high occupancy rate, we cannot honor early check-in requests made on arrival day. \-Guests are welcome to use the grill, and propane is provided. In order to keep our cleaning costs down, we do ask guests to clean the grill after every use. A $50 extra cleaning fee may apply if the grill is left dirty. \-The Internet must remain connected. We have various monitoring (non-recording) smart home devices (i.e., Smart Door Locks) to facilitate remote services via the internet (i.e., updating your entry code to allow early check-in).
