A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival. A legal ID and verification photo must be submitted as well.   
  
Welcome to Oceans Pointe, an inspired condo with a private balcony 10 feet off the beautiful Tampa Bay. Located inside a resort, our condo has all the resort amenities including a year-round heated pool (please note that the resort is family-friendly, so there will likely be kids), sundeck and loungers, bar & grill, convenience store, 24/7 gated security, outdoor fitness center, and free parking (trailers, boat, jet ski are prohibited). There's also free internet, Wi-Fi, and complimentary coffee with every stay. Experience unmatched panoramic views of Tampa Bay at Oceans Pointe, a newly renovated 1BR/1BA condo perched at the very tip of the Sailport building—offering the most direct, unobstructed views of the ocean, dolphins, and breathtaking sunsets.  
  
RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED: To check in, guests must sign a digital rental agreement and provide a government-issued ID plus verification photo. This is required by the HOA and processed securely through our team at Tampa Vacation Collection. Your information is FCC-compliant and shared only with the HOA.

Guest Access:  
Guest have access to the entire resort and its amenities. As a private condo, we do not have control over any of the amenities and therefore are not in a position to guarantee they're all working at all times. If an issue arises, simply notify us so we can contact the resort.  
  
LAUNDRY FACILITY: Located on the 3rd level, the guest laundry with washer and dryer is next to the elevator. It is open 24 hours and coin operated. The price per load is $2 unless updated. Quarters are accepted, and cards are also accepted for payment.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Rocky Point is a tourism spot with hotels, condos, and some restaurants and bars. It's safe, fun, and very friendly!  
  
Getting Around:  
Lots of restaurants and bars are within walking distance (ask for recs). We also have a small, on-site convenience store with basic supplies like snacks, wine & beer, toilet paper, coffee, etc. Note, we do not manage the store and therefore cannot guarantee supply.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
This home is professionally managed by the Tampa Vacation Collection, a 24/7 premium vacation rental management company. We're available at all hours, every day of the week. When you book, you'll be contacted by our 813 concierge number. This number is monitored 24/7 by our staff and is the best means of communication including for receiving instructions.   
  
Prior to booking, we ask that you review our entire listing including amenities and house rules. If you have any questions, concerns, or special requests please do not hesitate to ask!  
  
Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.)
