The town is only a short walk away, as well as the Langosta Beach Club. This villa includes membership to the club. Brakfast preparation now included! (food cost separate) This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom luxury villa comfortably accommodates one or two families or a group of friends in a unique and private location. It takes about one minute to walk down to the beach through the private beach access to Playa Tamarindo or Playa Langosta. The town is a short 3-minute drive, or short 10 minute walk. Villa Monoi features three primary bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, ensuite bathrooms, and swimming pool/garden views, as well as one kids' bedroom with double bunk beds. The spacious living areas can be opened entirely towards the swimming pool and garden. The inside living area includes one big fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting louge area with smart TV and the dining area consists of a 10-foot-long dining table that will comfortably seat 10 people. Bedrooms have lots of drawers/cabinets to accommodate all of your belongings. The pool was also very clean. Each morning the cleaning crew came and cleaned up the house. They also helped us rent golf carts so that we can drive back and forth from dinner/shopping etc. Short drive into town, roughly 5 mins. The staff and property manager were very nice and gave us immediate assistance if we needed it. We had 2 families of 4 (kids were 8, 8, 10, 10) stay at Villa Monoi for 4 nights in February. It is a gorgeous home, and all the people involved in it are fantastic--Maricela, Francisco, and Karina. It is fully supplied with everything you need. We made lots of use of the pool. It is walkable to the beaches and town in Tamarindo. Note that the 4th bedroom/bathroom have a separate entrance from the pool area. And we suggested that they add more beach supplies--umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys. But there is pretty much nothing to complain about. It is a wonderful, beautiful and relaxing place! ##### Shalini S. Great service from Karina who organized everything for us. We made use of the breakfast service which was perfect, Maricella and Adriana the two maids took perfectly care of us and are real angels.
