You should look for a high class hotel, i think you just find a cheap place thinking you where gonna be in a palace..... we offer simple rooms, clean rooms, nice vibe and cheap price. Just to let you know we are 15 mins away from the 2 of nicest beaches around and 7 mins away from the center of Tamarindo. You payed 20 so i think you should be more serious when you talk about Hostel Real. Blacky (the dog) its a puppy and only wanted to play with you but obviously you are not friendly and hate animals.....I'm sorry you invest your time on this review just to talk about bad things and never even mention one single good aspect. thank you for your time and hope you the best!

Sir we are glad to say you got the room you booked at the beggining allready with a discount. your friend was happy with his room and you wanted to upgrade to a room with ac....so we charge you the extra amount.we are sad your stay didnt feel as great as we work for. hope we can understan better each other next time , and thank you for staying with us.
