Includes a/c in all rooms, cable TV, kitchen, shared swimming pool, and just steps from Tamarindo beach. Sleeps 6 maximum. Safe and sound- The sunrise complex where this unit is located has 24 hour security and a secure parking lot. One care is allowed to park inside per unit. Pool and beach- This unit has access to an oversized pool with a large rock fountain, perfect to lounge by with a book or to play water games with kids and friends. Bed time. Welcome to the master bedroom. It features a king sized bed, full closet, tv, large windows with partial ocean view, sliding glass door out to balcony, and a master bathroom. The master bathroom contains a tile shower. There are two other rooms in this condo. Room number one of the two features a queen sized bed, full sized closet and armoire and a door to the mini balcony shared inbetween this room and the third bedroom. This next bedroom contain two twin beds perfect for the kiddos to use, a full sized closet and cable tv. These two rooms share a bathroom with a tile shower. Need another bed? The living room couch doubles as a pull out bed perfect for two people. After a long day at the beach you are going to be tired, so plop down on your comfortable couch and watch some tv to relax. Or sit in the typical Costa Rican rocking chair that’s also in your living room. The complex is called sunrise, but the sun rises early here so you could watch the sunset instead, from your beautiful balcony. You have a partial ocean view and you can take in the breath-taking sunsets Tamarindo has to offer while siting of the outdoor couch or at the six person table. You could even enjoy the sunsets while cooking dinner with the table top grill that is outside on your balcony. Hungry? Dinner, lunch, breakfast, midnight snack, whenever you need it your full custom kitchen is there equipped with a electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, fridge, granite counter tops and a three person breakfast bar. The grounds and building are very well maintained and we felt very secure with our family during our stay. The condo we rented was well appointed but does need a very thorough cleaning. Well it was definitely surface clean, there is some attention needed for some deeper cleaning, replacement of towels, cleaning of kitchen items that maybe don’t get used very often, etc. We did really enjoy our stay and would recommend this location to others. ##### Andrea B. The master bedroom is large with a large window overlooking the pool and a partial view of the ocean. The two guest bedrooms are well appointed. Both bathrooms met all our needs. The kitchen was a good size with all amenities supplied. We did have to go out and buy things that I thought should’ve been included; basics like salt and pepper and cooking oil, Are you location is top notch with a short walk to the ocean, grocery store, restaurants. Exactly as described, across the road from the main surfing beach. Tons to do nearby, everything was walkable from here. Unit was clean, well appointed and felt safe. Pool was lovely as well. I was happy to have the kettlebell and would suggest a lighter weight kettlebell as well as a yoga mat to round it out. Very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. May 24, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### As advertised - wonderful all around As advertised, a beautiful, spacious condo with ocean views, 3 spacious bedrooms and all the amenities you could ask for. On the top floor, overlooking an awesome pool, it was both relaxing and peaceful. Just a short walk to the beach with activities, food, services and one of the best beaches a family could ask for. The complex is gated and private with a guard. It is in a location close to everything in town, however you are just far enough away that you can walk everywhere, but don't have the noise that would come from being in the heart of Tamarindo. We walked from the location to Langosta daily without any problem. Highly recommend this space for families, we have 3 children all who loved what the space had to offer. To top it off the property management, RPM, specifically Lola, was amazing and did everything she could to make sure we were taken care of and enjoyed every last minute of the vacation, from ideas to tours and general kindness. ##### Todd O. Reviewer Comments: The apt was beautiful, clean and well situated. The only problems were that the wifi was very weak and often not available and the landline phone did not work.
