Perfect, Well Equipped Condo 300 Yards From Beach, 2 Pools If you are looking for your ideal Costa Rican getaway in Tamarindo you are in the right place! This Tamarindo hideaway has everything the adults need as well as making sure it is very kid-friendly. This non-smoking condo is well-appointed, close to everything you would ever want to do in Tamarindo, and waiting to host you and your family and friends. Built in 2009, this two story condo is a perfect stop on your Costa Rican vacation. The condo is a mix of indoor comfort and outdoor convenience. Imagine your morning coffee on the balcony, lunch on the beach, and dinner in downtown Tamarindo; and all of this happening within walking distance of your oasis. The two (2) bedrooms are upstairs and have a queen bed in the master and a Full Size bed in the second bedroom. Additionally, there is a Queen Air mattress that can fit either in the master bedroom or downstairs in the common area to accommodate two more adults or children. There is also a Graco Pack N’ Play playpen with infant bed in the unit as well as an infant/small child booster seat. The master bedroom has plenty of room for infants to set up with parents. Master bedroom has a television with internet access, a private balcony and separate full bath. Generous sized dresser, large closet, and ample storage will ensure that your trip is as close to home as it gets. If you need to get some work done, or check in on things to do, there is a small desk in the room as well as a USB laser printer available for your use. Second bedroom also has an internet-enabled TV, private full bath, a good sized dresser, and large closet as well. The entry floor has a full kitchen, fully equipped to handle your every need as well as a half bathroom and casual gathering area to sit back and relax after every perfect Costa Rican days spent at the beach, in the rainforest, or simply sitting around relaxing. Matt had lots of recs for things to do and places to eat. Condo kitchen was well equipped. Seating for balcony needs updating. Portable chairs broken but these issues were addressed with Matt. It is basic, which is to be expected for the price. Felt safe. I would like to decorate the place, and the sheets and towels could be better quality. A coat of paint would improve everything! The headboard clanks against the wall every time you move in the bed. A minor issue. The only major issue is that if you are not supposed to flush toilet paper, a covered container should be provided. I have been to other countries with this issue, and that was always the case. That is a big problem, and I would not expect anyone to follow the no flushing policy without the proper accomodationalways a big plus. ##### Susan S. A very large wooden table made room for everyone. It was very clean and comfortable, the company that looked after the place were very helpful. It's super convenient to everything in Tamarindo, the beach, the restaurant, and the shopping. Beach chairs and towels were provided which was super convenient! The condo was clean and airy. AC in every room, pool outside the door, 5 minute walk to town or the beach. The Property Management company, Pacific Horizon, was very responsive - we had WIFI issues and it was fixed within hours! A short 10 minute walk to the beach and downtown Tamarindo. Kitchen was one of the best appointed we have ever stayed. Washer and dryer was a huge plus and was really appreciated as we are light travellers. Management company was extremely responsive. Only gave a 4 for check in/out process because you had to pickup/dropoff your keys at the management company, and the instructions didn't have the gate code. Luckily another resident filled us in. The neighbors in the complex are very welcoming and the pool and grounds are beautifully maintained. We had a little trouble checking in as it wasn't ready when we got there, but we were able to check in later and the manager came and got us from another place in Tamarindo and took us to our condo.
