"For a cheap style hotel located on the far outskirts of Hanoi it was surprisingly good. The rooms are large, air-conditioned and have two big double beds (hard matresses) and a small private bathroom (a bit run down but good hot water). Room even has a smart TV....but that's about it.
Located in a very quiet street but very limited food options, especially after dark. We used it as a stop over from Cat Ba to SaPa which was ideal. Much better than the over populated and way too busy Hanoi Old...

"We were 3 of only 5 people in the hotel so services were at a bare minimum, which sucked for us. The place looked fresh and new, which is hard to do as things age quickly in Vietnams climate. The room was delightful and comfortable. The bathroom was a wet room and well laid out. Don't sit on the side of the bath as it's held down and tipped up me which took a bit a work to rectify. Breakfast 1was terrible, with no menu to choose from it was just prepared and here's something to eat. Breakfast 2...

For that I absolutely cannot recommend this stay enough! We were given a free upgrade as the room was available and we got free drink coupons. The rooms were lovely, the location was perfect and the hotel was next to everything you could want. The breakfast was delicious and when we were getting an early bus to sapa they packed us a delicious breakfast for us to have on our travels. They helped with our bags and made us feel so at home. And for the price this was all absolutely so much more than we could have expected!
