First of all, it was horrible trying find where the apartment were located. There were 2 locations. It was not very clear which location and when I called the number listed for assistance, no one answered. Once I got there, they couldn’t find my reservation. Once I got checked in and in my room, I could not get on the WiFi, the TV did not work. It was very frustrating after a long flight.
