The hotel needs a thorough cleaning with all glass toppers lifted and cleaned properly. Rooms are comfortable, beds nice and soft, showers are very nice with excellent water pressure. There are no soap trays - what a mess. Upholstery in rooms (chairs, couches) need cleaning. Hallway carpet is lifting everywhere which is a trip hazard. Overall a nice place that needs cleaning and more staff. Service times are very slow.
