Close to Downtown area, but still a very quiet neighborhood. Front room with a great sectional to gather for the evening. We did not use the pool, but it looked refreshing. Bedrooms were spacious and mattresses were memory foam, so very comfortable. Many areas have been updated, but some still needed attention. Kitchen area was great with new appliances and counter tops, owner to add more ultensils to make it more user friendly. Owner was great in his response and quickly resolved our AC issue. It is in a central location, close to FSU, downtown, nightlife and shopping. The place is very clean, roomie and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway to Tallahassee.
