Rooms are old, property is old with plenty of inoperable cars around the parking lot. Towels were thin, beds were small and uncomfortable .There were alot of people staying there long term that sat outside and smoked the lords lettuce. Definitely not the place for children.

The front desk rep was amazing. Louie did everything he could to accommodate us. He was extremely helpful and kind even though the facility didn’t meet our standards I would have stayed just because how kind and awesome he was. Excellent customer service.

This hotel was awful. Missig shower curtains, dead bugs in plain sight and basically unclean. Hotels.com should not offer this place at all.

The worst experience ever!!! It is mentioned in expedia that it is 3 stars hotel, so I booked a room with king bed. When I arrived after long day, I was shocked that it was a motel and when i start to check in, they told they do not have any rooms with king size bed. They said it is expedia problem for this misleading information. The staff was very very rude. I tried to contact expedia to cancel but I could not.They offered room with double bed, they said it has 2 queen beds but when I got there, I found they are to very small full size beds. O changed my room twice because the AC was not working in both rooms and in the last one , I did not ask to change because i was so tired. Imagine to sleep in Florida without AC or even a fan!!! The service was terrible, the room was very unclean , smells very awful!! The worst hotel ( motel ) ever!!! They just keep blaming expedia!!!!
