A verified traveller stayed at Lake Biwa Otsu Prince Hotel
"The hotel is well situated in the downtown area of Kyoto, close to Nishiki market and plenty of shopping and food options. Our room was a nice size with a comfortable bed. The only complaint about the room was the lack of 100V outlets.
I've stayed in many hotels in the country and know this is not always provided, so I'm not faulting the hotel too much for this. The breakfast was one of the best in all the hotels we stayed at during the trip throughout the country. The amenities were also generous.
The reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were even able to buy a day pass for the buses and metros at the front desk. A wonderful stay overall."
