Easy check in and check out process. Many food choices nearby and location of the hotel is not hard to find. Definitely would recommend for short stays or for solo travellers.

The hotel is clean and well managed. The breakfast is good with hot food. The location is not too far from the MRT about 10 min. walk and is also walking distant to night market.

I found the staff polite English limited but ok Lift not good size Room very small double bed against a wall only able to enter on one side Bed and room smelt of smoke Breakfast included was not worth going too no regular milk for coffee no juice no cereal scrambled eggs very dry and Black square ham sitting in water just not good and breakfast is on 6th floor lift only goes to 5th then it stairs which may be a problem for some The location was ok not far to walk to major shops and railway or bus For the price i still think not worth a stay

Nice hotel to stay with friendly staff Comfortable stay about 10mins walk to fuzhong mrt it will be better if breakfast will be different everyday but overall rate is good

Really comfortable place, staff goes well beyond normal to make you feel at home. We are going back. Rooms are a bit smallish, but that's Taipei. Good value here.

Clean and Compact Room
The family room which we booked for 4 of us is clean and compact and has everything that we need. As expected, the room space is quite small but we managed with a bit of 'space planning'. The free breakfast is surprisingly good for the hotel rate which we paid. It is about 8 -10 min walk to the nearest MRT station, Nanya night market and a morning market and has eateries and convenience stores nearby.

Decent stay
The hotel is within 10 - 15 minutes walk from the MRT station. We took a cab from the airport and a paid shuttle cab to the airport because we had big luggages. Those cost us around 1,200 Taipei dollars per trip (only 4 people can fit into the cab). The hotel itself is pretty decent for the price we paid. Breakfast is average, hotel room is small but clean, they provide a washer, a dryer, and detergent for all customers to use for free. Staffs are pretty friendly. When I complained about smoke smell in our room, he offered to put an air purifier unit while the housekeeper did the cleaning. We decided to upgrade to a bigger room instead so we didn't have to deal with the smell another night.

Good value hotel although not located in the best location for shopping. Rooms are clean and cheap with free breakfast included. Staff was most helpful in every possible way

The hotel was convenient to reach, very near banqiao ttain station, and is within an hour's transport to the airport. The room was clean and well decorated, just a little bit small and occasionally i could hear sounds from roomsnext door.

Great hotel at a reasonable price
Hotel staff are really nice & helpful, special thanks to Bryce, he was really great in helping solve our problems and answer all of our questions. However, the dining area is too cold to dine in the morning. It is nice that the hotel provides free laundry, just wish the dryer can be a little be more powerful.

Small but cozy and restful with tasty breakfast
We stayed here for two nights between landing in Taipei and heading south to visit my parents. The room was discounted on Expedia and in a convenient location (a few minutes to the Fuzhong MRT station and close to one of the smaller and more local night markets). Yes, the rooms are small, but coming from NYC and seeing how built up the city is, it was fine for what we needed. It was a little cramped with 4 big backpacks between the two of us, but it wasn't a big deal. We liked the free coffee and the free snacks and drinks available in the room. The wifi was also great, especially compared with the wifi we've encountered everywhere else in our recent travels (Costa Rica, Perú, New Zealand, and Indonesia). The breakfast was tasty and provided plenty of options. I particularly enjoyed eating congee for breakfast because I haven't had it in many years and it reminded me of when I was a kid. And back to the room, even though it was small and didn't have windows, I'm the type of person who can't sleep when there's ambient light coming into a room - if the sun is up and there's any sunlight creeping in, I'll be awake - so this was perfect for sleeping late (my bedroom is kept similarly dark with blackout drapes). What else, the staff was friendly and helpful, even with the language barrier in some cases (my fault for not learning Mandarin during Chinese school). Oh, and the decor was cool. I liked the themes for each floor!

The hotel service was nice and polite. Room size small, shower and toilet are at separate side of the room(room 402), saw few ants around tv area. Hotel still new and close by many restaurants plus close by the fuzhong station which can get you to anywhere in Taiwan. Room feature free adult videos. Pricewise kinda expensive for the overall quality of room because it is very small, but hotel condition still new to stay in. Breakfast at 6th floors but need to take elevator to 5th floors then walks up stairs. Free Laundry machine and dryer are provided in lobby area and up at 6th floors, but not recommend because it cannot take heavy loads for washer and dryer (few pieces of clothing may works). Nice, clean and modern look hotel in Banqiao
Provides free water, tea and coffee. Has microwave, washing machine and dryer which are convenience for some travellers. Gives MOS burger coupon to use as breakfast. Room is clean and modern look. But the room is very small and their walls are thin (can hear toilet sound and door closing sound quite loudly)

A fun hotel near mrt-station
Hotel was really nice and fun! The staff doesnt speak really good english but they are friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated from a walking distance of mrt-station (blue line) which was really good! I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time is visit Taipei!

良かったところ ・部屋やお風呂のきれいさは問題なかった。ただトイレットペーパーは流せないので注意。 ・中国語が話せなかったが、翻訳アプリなどを使ってコミュニケーションをとってくれた。こちらが分からなくても苛立つ様子なく、頼りやすかった。 ・シャンプーやボディーソープ、スリッパや歯ブラシなど、一通りは揃っていた。ただ、ハンドソープはないので注意。 ・大きな鏡がついていたのが個人的に嬉しかった。 気になるところ ・朝食は無料ではなく、近くの店で使えるクーポンがもらえる。ドリンクもつけると、この金額内で食べれるものは少ないので、大抵自分で追加で払う必要がある。 ・道路の近くなので、夜は多少うるさいかもしれない。私は問題なく寝れた。 ・洗濯機が使えるのは良いが、いつ空いてるか分からないのと、夜10時までの使用なので、早く帰ってくるか、朝起きてしないといけないと思う。 ・地域柄、夜の人通りはそんなにないのと、駅から15分程度歩くので、深夜は歩かない方が良いと思う。 概して良いホテルだった。また泊まりたい。
