When they saw only half of people showed up at the front desk, they proactively called our friends upstairs to remind them. They helped us in check-in and especially to keep our luggage after check-out. The only thing was the room a little cool. I guessed this was due to the climate change in fall. The location is quite good - almost mid-way between downtown and Taoyuan Airport. Laundry facility and microwave on the 9th floor are a good touch. Property can definitely use some upgrades.
