Great place to stay in the Tianmu area. The rooms are not large, but are very clean and comfortable. Nice neighbourhood location. Excellent, professional staff.

It’s an excellent hotel for travelers looking for a clean and comfortable stay, but not intending to spend too much time staying in. The rooms are small but comfortable, and the bathroom is modern and moderately spacious. With that said, if one wanted to hang out all day, it is still a good place to do so. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the daily breakfast buffet is very good, with both western and Chinese selections. The hotel is located in an alley right next to a Family Mart and a multitude of restaurants and cafes all around. We didn’t driver, but they also offer parking, which seems very convenient. The rate is reasonable and the accommodations very good, so I’d definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

The staff was very helpful. They wrote a note for The bus driver for me. The room was clean. I found it was cold the second night; they brought a heater that helped. There was a free laundry room! Breakfast was good.

The property and the staff were great. I could tell that they put a lot of thoughts into the breakfast that is included. The only downside of the property is its distance from the nearest MRT. It’s a 15-min walk.

The hotel staff are all very nice and helpful except the one I ran into during check-in. Thumbs up to the staff at breakfast, they ran the place very well despite overcrowding at times. Overall this is a very good choice for those who need to stay in Shillin while visiting Taipei.

Although it’s a smaller building than some big international chain hotels, this hotel is so charming and has a high value/price ratio. The rooms are new. The beds and the bathrooms are extremely comfortable and clean. The services are gorgeous. Close to the palace and hot spring area. Exceeded expectations!
