The room had all basic amenities. The air conditioner was good. However, I feel the room in due for some renovations. I had to climb a ladder to reach the loft bed which was fine, but the handle and railings were loose which scared me when I reached for them. I would be cautious if you get the room with the loft bed. 連線順暢，電視有電視盒連YT都可以看。門口附近有機車車位。 但是被借熱水壺收押金機制搞到火大，這家規定上午11點前退房，但是在此之前完全找不到服務人員，櫃檯上說需要服務人員的電話打了也是關機，LINE也到12點才有人回覆，搞得要退房還水壺拿回押金的我們進退不得。 我們也不是在清晨五六點退房，是上午九點快十點！如果要搞旅客早上自主退房，那收了押金又無法即時點收物品退錢實在感覺很糟！ ##### 我們一行4人從hotel.com同一帳號同張訂單訂了2人2房，結果到現場被分配到不同棟走路相隔10分鐘的大樓，來回反應許久後被分配到同一棟，但一樓房間超級吵，開門就是大廳櫃檯聽得到每個房客進出談話，窗外就是人行道開窗會有煙味飄進來也聽得到行人說話。跟員工反應後，員工說（他沒穿制服自稱員工）：你願意加400塊指定房間嗎？你們本來就是被安排在那間。態度甚差，誰被分到一樓誰衰，民宿老闆毫無職業道德。wifi網速神慢有時候甚至發不出訊息，提供的飲用水有土味和漂白水的味道。一進到整棟建築就必須拖鞋子換室內拖鞋，所有房客分享同一個櫃子拖鞋感覺不是很乾淨，不穿室內拖鞋光腳地板也不乾淨，有潔癖者慎考慮，每一次進出建築都必須換一雙不知道誰穿過的室內拖。 爬點樓梯無所謂，不過不知道是因為不加價還是怎樣的關係，check in時服務人員連介紹都沒有 直接跟我們說我們住哪一房 況且沒有做身分確認是否有些危險？而且明明有提供大毛巾等等我們也不清楚，一直到當天晚上洗澡發現只有小毛巾隔天詢問才知道，吹風機也是用一隻超級老就竟然只有冷風的！隔日反應好換來一隻Tescom(會不會差別太大了)，退宿後寄放行李竟然要求我們18：00前要拿走！？(服務櫃檯明明到9點還10點⋯還有一次住宿16：00check in我跟男友15：58按門鈴服務人員已經開門了 竟然跟我們說16：00才能check in請在外稍後還在整理房間(後來check in後 也沒看到其他任何打掃人員等等)況且你們旅店位於巷弄 蚊子很多 跟客人真的有差2分鐘嗎？然後打電話問問題叫我用facebook 我當下說我已經傳訊息了只是沒人回應(服務生回應:是嗎！？)痾我騙你做什麼⋯ ##### NING Stayed 2 nights in May 2019 ### 8/10 Good google定位位置不準,直接導航衛民街108巷子很小條但不要懷疑走到底左手邊綠色門就是了,位置在鬧區到哪都能用走的很棒 2. 入住時間1600-2000要好好安排整個行程才能完成入住任務 3. 走廊/樓梯只能一人通過,還有讓其他房客放行李,有點太堵路了不太好走 4. 房間舒適與照片相同,很有英國工業風設計感,拍照很美 5. 樓梯是這個房間最大的問題,上下都不好爬行&欄杆不是非常穩固(會搖晃)
