優點：客房寬敞乾淨，冷氣夠涼，並非很新的飯店但整體維持得不錯。浴室水量足水溫穩定，有Panasonic吹風機。週邊走路覓食非常方便，選擇多。有免費停車，本館地下室及對面平面停車場共60位左右，先到先登記後可自由進出。早餐好吃，品項品質以這個價位的飯店而言很優。 在台南應用大學附近，所以一走出來都是吃的，周邊還有商店麥當勞都有，機能超好，約30個地下停車位，早到早停，客房屬天井中庭式設計，房間不錯，但地毯看起來蠻多污漬，應該要換，馬桶沒有免治馬桶有點失望，蛋型浴缸，沒有提供瓶裝水，有水壺自己去逃生梯旁飲水機取水。房間隔音不好，旁邊房客使用浴廁聲音很明顯。 特別要說一下，雖然有提供洗衣房，但所在位置在三樓，逃生梯旁還有一扇門關著，沒有對外窗，很暗沒燈很恐怖，感覺很久沒來整理，要自備零錢，沒有零錢兌換機，感覺很老舊，也看不出洗衣機、烘衣機裡乾不乾淨，建議要弄成開放式，才不會讓房客很害怕。
