Our room had a small private Japanese garden and was furnished with screens, tatami and a futon. The reception (which is kind of part of the cafe) closes at 6, but they can arrange late check-in and are easy to contact using Line. Whatever you might need for your room is available on shelves in the hall, and there's a fridge and water dispenser on the 2nd floor. We were worried at first about the lack of a kettle (we always drink coffee in the room in the morning) but the hot water dispenser upstairs took care of our needs.
