I found it a bit difficult to communicate with reception due to the language barrier but they insisted on trying to help regardless and when the on duty receptionist didn’t understand, she was resourceful in asking her colleague. I saw quite a few complaints about noise levels..I’m from a big city so maybe I’m just used to it but this didn’t seem any more or less sound proof than the average hotel in a busy urban area. The bed was comfortable and the linens were nice. The hotel is convenient to the Riverside Park and several restaurants are nearby. The staff were pleasant. Our only complaint was the breakfast. It was a set breakfast that was delivered to the lobby at either 7 or 9am the day we were there. There was no choice of tea or coffee and we got 2 iced teas. My husband prefers coffee. While we don't need a buffet breakfast, it would have been nice to have some choice with perhaps some fresh fruit instead of an egg dish and a sandwich.
