There was a fire alarm going off on our first night, but the staff sincerely apologize to us and prepared us a gift in our room the next day. The room was comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was good. Parking is included and in a clean/safe garage. Breakfast Buffet was a bonus. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the famous Fengchia night market. We were able to check in a few hours before the actual check in time which is a super bonus. Very welcoming and friendly English speaking staff. They are very quick and efficient to respond to my questions via email. The bedding was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. But the armchair in the room was quite dusty and it should be maintained better. I felt itchy after sitting in it for 20 min. The design and material were supposed to be comfortable. The shower has no lighting, you can only depend on the light coming through the matte glass.
